DLC Private Office ("DLC", "we", "our", "us") is an independent luxury automotive brokerage headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving private collectors, entrepreneurs, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals worldwide. We regard the confidential handling of client information as fundamental to the trust our clients place in us.

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected through our website at dlcprivateoffice.com and through direct correspondence with our private office, and the standards by which that information is protected.

We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries and to deliver brokerage, sourcing and advisory services. This may include name, country of residence, telephone number, email address, budget parameters, vehicle preferences and any additional information a client chooses to provide within their correspondence.

Sensitive commercial details — such as reserve prices, provenance documentation and beneficial ownership records — are received only when a mandate progresses and are held under stricter internal controls.

Information submitted through the private enquiry form is transmitted directly to the founders and used solely to prepare a considered response. Enquiry data is never syndicated, listed on third-party platforms, sold or shared beyond the private office.

Correspondence with concierge@dlcprivateoffice.com is treated as confidential business communication between the client and the private office. Emails are used to progress mandates, provide updates and share material relevant to a specific enquiry.

We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. We do not add enquirers to promotional mailing lists.

Details of the automobiles a client is seeking, offering or considering are used only to identify suitable opportunities, approach counterparties on the client's behalf and coordinate inspection, negotiation and delivery. Vendor and buyer identities are protected from one another until, and unless, both parties expressly consent to their disclosure.

Our website uses a limited number of cookies to ensure the site functions correctly and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors navigate the site. Detail on the categories of cookies used and how they may be managed is set out in our Cookie Policy.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure page performance, site-wide engagement and technical health. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. Analytics is not used to profile clients or to target advertising.

Personal information is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable international providers with strong security practices. Access within the private office is restricted to the founders and to a small number of trusted advisors engaged on a specific mandate.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include encrypted transmission, access controls, confidentiality obligations for advisors and periodic review of our practices.

No system of information storage can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Where a material incident affecting personal information were to occur, we would act promptly and communicate directly with those affected.

Where a mandate requires the involvement of third parties — such as inspectors, transport specialists, escrow providers, marine and land logistics partners, insurers or legal counsel — personal information is shared only to the extent necessary and always under appropriate confidentiality expectations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share client identities with media, publishers or marketing organisations.

DLC Private Office operates internationally. Personal information provided from any jurisdiction may be processed in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other jurisdictions in which our advisors and infrastructure providers are based. By engaging with us, clients acknowledge that their information may be transferred and processed accordingly, in each case subject to the protections described in this policy.

Subject to applicable law, clients and enquirers may request access to the personal information we hold about them, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information no longer required, and withdraw consent to further communication. Requests should be sent to concierge@dlcprivateoffice.com and will be handled with discretion.

We retain personal information only for as long as required to deliver our services and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations relevant to a brokerage engagement. Information relating to concluded transactions may be retained in accordance with anti-money-laundering, accounting and record keeping standards.
